Despite significant advancements in psychological research and the availability of millions of counselors and psychologists, it is still a cause for concern that there is an increasing prevalence of mental health issues. Why?

Do you observe that overspreading knowledge of various psychological terms such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) have contributed to more mental health problems? Does it seem that having knowledge of these terms has made your life even worse? What if you never knew these terms?

Despite attending numerous therapy sessions, watching countless YouTube videos, and reading multiple self-help books, have you found yourself feeling even more perplexed, defeated, and powerless?

Brief:

I don't have any professional qualifications in Psychology. I hold a 4 years Engineering Degree and an MSc in Sound Design and Audiovisual Practice. My keen interest in inspiring, motivating, and educating individuals on topics such as life, conventional and limiting beliefs, and modern fallacies is evident. Technology has significantly impacted the world we live in, and its rapid evolution continues to shape our lives in ways we may not yet fully understand.

Given my awareness of such advancements, coupled with my personal experiences and learning, I feel a responsibility to educate and transform people's lives for a better present and future. While I do charge a very reasonable fee of £12/hour, my primary motivation is to serve my purpose. Naturally, financial compensation is important, but my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact and improve lives.
